PERFUMED PLUME AWARDS™ FOR FRAGRANCE JOURNALISM

Dana El Masri, winner of 2016 PP Award
The Perfumed Plume Awards ROCK!
Sarah Colton, fragrance journalist and author of Bad Girls Perfume: Tips & Tales, winner of the 2017 Perfumed Plume Fragrance Book Award
To write about fragrance is easy; one has only to mine the hundred-and-one press releases that land on a journalist’s desk. To write intelligently, originally and passionately about the emotion of perfume, the experience of fragrance, ah … that is the challenge! It was to recognize such creative journalism that Mary Ellen Lapsansky and Lyn Leigh founded the Perfumed Plume awards. I applaud their vision and persistence. Their initiative deserves to become perfumery’s definitive standard of journalistic excellence.
Michael Edwards, fragrance expert, authority and industry ambassador

Catherine Haley Epstein, Co-Founder, Mindmarrow, 2017 Perfumed Plume Awards winner for Perfume Stories in Digital Media
Many thanks for creating this platform for fragrance journalism, it is such an important stimulus for the community! I am especially happy to have won in the visual category because it has been a focus for me right from the start to translate the beauty of fragrance into stories and, last but not least, visuals.
