Each year, Perfumed Plume Awards for Fragrance Journalism™ calls upon a diverse group of esteemed professionals steeped in the marketing, manufacturing and making of fragrance, to review the submissions.
Michael Edwards captivated the audience as he presented his splendidly updated “Perfume Legends II” followed by a lively interview with Givaudan’s Senior Perfumer, Rodrigo Flores-Roux. Michael’s encyclopedic knowledge, first-hand interviews and deep research into the 52 legendary fragrances in this coffee-table opus is unparalleled in the industry. Hosted by Perfumed Plume’s Mary Ellen Lapsansky and Lyn Leigh, “What Makes A Perfume Legend?” was attended by Miranda Gordon and Birgit Benayoun of MANE, Givaudan’s Felix Mayr-Harting and Kate Greene, Lauder’s Helen Murphy plus executives from Symrise, IFF, Verescence, Chemia’s Westly Morris and many other industry personalities.
